All add-ons or custom price quotes added to your initial booking require your approval. Approve it by Tapping “Confirm” or “Yes” in your Hallo App.

As a Hallo App user, you’re getting pre-inflation app fees at 5% per transaction. This fee covers costs like payment processing to provide you a seamless booking experience.

Important Reminder: you will only be asked to pay when you have confirmed that the service or job you booked is completed. Our 5% app fee is automatically added and paid to the app, the rest goes straight to the person you booked to do the job. That’s the power or Peer-to-Peer Transactions.
